The Vancouver Polymer Clay Guild will be hosting Horizons, their first retreat in Vancouver, BC from February 20-22, 2009. My friend Wanda Shum and I have put our heads together to develop co-workshops integrating our very different approaches towards a single project-"Leggy Bowls". Wanda will teach how to assemble a stunning new complex cane in a 2 1/2 hour workshop that's open to all. Fifteen pre-registered participants from Wanda's class will be able to bring their canes to be incorpororated in a funky little mixed media bowl in my Leggy Bowl Workshop.Wanda and I are excited about teaming up like this!
Very cool concept to work together. Both workshops will be exciting events.
